Wednesday, June 20, 6:30 AM - 7:30 AMEarly Risers is a men’s scripture study group where the readings for the upcoming Sunday are read and discussed. Coffee and donuts are served. We meet from 7:15-8:15 AM on Wednesdays. Membership has mostly been made-up of retired men and men with flexible work schedules. This is an open invitation to the men of our parish to come and enjoy the fellowship. The group is taking a break in April 2018 and will resume on May 8th, 2018 in the ALPHA room, which is in the foyer of the church. As we pray the Holy Rosary, we make beaded cord Rosaries (Mission Rosaries) to give away in our Legion of Mary Apostolate; all supplies are provided and we’ll even teach you how to make rosaries. Thursday, June 21, 4:00 PM - 6:00 PMThis group meets every other Thursday to knit prayer shawls for those who are sick, lonely, infirm, or otherwise in need of comfort and encouragement. As they knit, they pray for whatever the needs might be of the person who receives the shawl. New volunteers are always welcome. If you do not know how to knit, they will teach you.

Saturday, June 23, 8:30 AM - 10:00 AMThe Vocations Committee and representatives from the Bay Area Deanery Catholic Council of Women are sponsoring a Holy Hour with exposition of the Blessed Sacrament immediately following the 8:30 a.m. Mass. There will be a Rosary for priests from each parish in the deanery and then quiet prayer time.

June 13This weekend is our annual Habitat for Humanity fund drive. Your donations make it possible for hard working families to purchase homes of their own. This year, donated funds also are being used to help needy families recover from Hurricane Harvey. Your donations can be dropped off at the Welcome Center throughout the month. You can also put them in the Sunday collection being mindful to earmark them for Habitat.

To raise money for the Nursery at St. Paul the Apostle Catholic Church, Jimmy John's will donate 10% of their June 24, 2018's Net Sales. All you have to do is go to 1830 Nasa Pkwy. in Nassau Bay on June 24 between the hours of 11 a.m. to 4 p.m., take the flyer (click on photo) and show it to the cashier or show the flyer on your smartphone, and tell the cashier prior to ordering to make sure your purchase counts. It's that easy! -

The Blessed Sacrament will be reposed at 5 p.m. on Tuesday, July 3, 2018, remain reposed all day Wednesday, July 4 and not exposed until after the 8:30 a.m. Mass on Thursday, July 5. -
