Dear Brothers & Sisters,
 
In previous years, Youth Ministry has been very accomplished in presenting Events for parishioners as fundraisers to support World Youth Day and scholarships for retreats.
 
As we will not be attending World Youth Day in Panama, January 2019 and that my focus has been on programming, we do not have the ability or need to have time spent on Events, but we still need help with scholarships and Retreat expenses.
 
We will have one large fundraiser beginning February 8th and ending February 17th, the Wall of Money.  The Wall of Money consists of 200 individual envelopes with amounts from $1.00 up to $200 written on them.  Take as many as you can afford to help us with.  It will be featured on the Alpha glass wall where it can be seen and pulled off for easy removal. 
 
You would return the envelope into the tithing basket during Mass or drop it off in the Alley Mailbox outside the Youth Room.  It is a donation and a receipt can be written for you as long as we have your information.
 
If every envelope is taken and returned, Youth Ministry would receive $20,000!  Yes, $20,000.  In order to make that happen, the ministry needs your assistance in achieving the goal. 
 
Take an envelope and donate to assist in our parish teens’ spiritual journey.  You’ll be glad you did.
